Abigail Jordon

Abigail Jordon is the Publicity Coordinator for the Trade Publicity team at Scholastic Inc. Growing up in southwest Mississippi as the youngest child of Guyanese immigrants, she developed a deep love for storytelling that led her to earn a Bachelor's in English Education and a Master's in Publishing. Driven by a commitment to literacy and a desire to champion authentic perspectives, she focuses on children’s publishing. Outside of work, Abigail enjoys spending time with loved ones, exploring new brunch spots, writing, thrift shopping, and watching reality TV. She aims to empower young women of color to pursue their dreams.
